This policy describes what information RTH LevelMap ("we," "us") collects through RTHLevelMap.com and the RTH LevelMap newsletter, and how it's used.

What we collect

• Account information: your email address and, optionally, your name — used to deliver the newsletter and manage your membership.
• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage information: standard email engagement (delivery and open events) and basic, privacy-respecting website analytics, used to keep deliverability healthy and improve the Service.
• Cookies: a session cookie keeps you signed in as a member. No third-party advertising cookies.

How it's used

To deliver the daily levels email, operate paid memberships (trials, billing, account management), provide support, and send occasional service announcements. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone except the processors below.

Service providers

• Ghost(Pro) — website and membership platform (hosting, member database)
• Stripe — subscription billing and payments
• Mailgun — email delivery infrastructure (via Ghost)

Retention and your choices

We keep account data while your membership is active. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link), cancel your subscription self-serve, and request access to or deletion of your personal data by writing to support@rthlevelmap.com — we'll action deletion requests within 30 days, subject to records we must keep (e.g., billing history).
