When are NQ and NDX coming?
Monday, August 31 — included in every subscription automatically, no upgrade, no price change for existing members. Founding pricing ends when they launch: this weekend is the last at the $29 founding rate.
When does the email arrive?
Between 9:35 and 9:45 AM ET, every CME trading day. If it's ever later than 9:50, that day is credited. No email on exchange holidays.
How are the levels built?
By hand, every morning, from developing market structure — the prices where large players are likely to transact and potentially support or defend the level. This is judgment plus process, not a formula. We publish the levels, and past issues stay visible in the archive, so the track record is public.
What does the free plan include?
The daily reference level for ES and SPX, emailed minutes after the open — the anchor price each day’s map is defined from — and access to the previous session’s record. The full ladder of support and resistance, the evening “how it traded” update, and the NinjaTrader 8 indicator are for paid members.
Does it work with my charting platform?
Every subscription includes the RTH LevelMap indicator for NinjaTrader 8 — the morning’s map drawn automatically on your charts — and a free TradingView version anyone can install (subscriber files power both). More platforms are added by subscriber request: tell us yours and the most-requested gets built next.
