Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RTHLevelMap.com and the RTH LevelMap email newsletter (together, the "Service"), operated by RTH LevelMap ("we," "us"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

RTH LevelMap publishes market information — price levels and related commentary for index futures and cash indices — delivered by email and on this website on CME trading days. Content scope (instruments covered) may expand or change over time.

2. Not investment advice

The Service is impersonal market information provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not investment, trading, financial, legal, or tax advice; not a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security, futures contract, option, or other instrument; and not tailored to any subscriber's circumstances. We are not a registered investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, broker-dealer, or fiduciary. Stock, Futures, Cryptocurrency and Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance of published levels is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

3. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed by our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring monthly or annual basis at the rate shown at signup. New subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial: a valid payment method is collected at signup and is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. You'll receive a reminder before your trial converts. Promotional rates (such as founding-member pricing) remain in effect for as long as the subscription stays continuously active.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time, self-serve, via the "Manage subscription" link in any email or by signing in to the website. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues through the end of the paid period. Subscription fees are non-refundable — the free trial exists so you can evaluate the Service before paying. Billing errors will always be corrected; contact support@rthlevelmap.com.

5. Delivery

We target delivery between 9:35 and 9:45 AM ET on CME trading days, and no later than 9:50 AM ET. If a daily issue is materially late or missed, we'll credit the day on request. No issues are published on exchange holidays. Delivery to your inbox also depends on your email provider; add levels@rthlevelmap.com to your contacts.

6. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Content is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, republish, resell, share, or otherwise make the Service's paid content available to others — including forwarding paid issues, posting levels publicly, or sharing account access. All content and branding are our intellectual property. We may terminate, without refund, accounts that violate this section.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including trading losses — arising from or related to the Service, and our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email or on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
